These Terms are available on the website under the section “Terms of Use.”
Any registration or use of the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the User. During registration via the signup form, each User expressly agrees to these Terms by checking the box next to the following text: “I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms of Use and I accept them.”

The website https://www.cerbere3s.com provides free access to the following services: An online vulnerability scanning service for websites. After creating a user account, each new registrant receives a free scan including basic features.
Users can then choose between different types of access: monthly subscriptions or one-time scan purchases.
Each scan automatically analyzes a website for security vulnerabilities and generates a diagnostic report. Depending on the chosen plan, users can also activate additional options.
The service is primarily aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, web professionals, and developers wishing to improve the security of their websites.
The site is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.
Non-registered Users do not have access to the reserved services. To access these, they must register by completing the appropriate form. By registering, the User agrees to provide truthful and accurate personal information, including their email address.
To access the services, Users must then log in using the username and password provided upon registration.
Registered Users may request to delete their account at any time via a dedicated page in their personal area. This will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Any disruption of the site or server due to force majeure or maintenance does not incur liability on the part of https://www.cerbere3s.com. The User agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any service interruption or suspension, even without notice.
